All About General Merchandise:
Experts of store process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise areas of the store. This team conducts inventory accuracy, merchandise setup and maintenance and pricing processes for all areas of the store.

Experts enable efficient delivery to our guests by supporting pick, pack and ship fulfillment work.

We are looking for team members who will gain meaningful experiences and build skills for a career as a General Merchandise Expert.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve their needs and provide helpful service.

• Execute daily tasks to support business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and setting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment for moving merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
• Execute processes such as price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn operational procedures related to merchandising, stock management, and store profitability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.

• Support guest services such as back-up cashiering and digital fulfillment processes (picking, packing, and delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws.
