- Immediate pay raise with a $10k Fast Start Bonus per month for 12 months, $120k in the first year.
- $2,500 First‑Week Training Pay for the first five training days.
- $500 per virtual appointment bonus with no limit.
- Up to $1,500 per week for meeting minimum call and one qualified onsite appointment.
- 200% of the profit margin on first 90 days of orders shipped; 40% to 59% thereafter.
- Up to $10k new client account credits and $5k new account donation credits.
- Up to $400 in gift cards for business‑building activities.
- Full‑time W‑2 employment with medical, dental, and HSA benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, and company stock ownership (ESOP) plan.
- Promote and sell GHA’s AI, cloud, and security product portfolio to corporate, government, and education customers.
- Generate new business and maintain relationships with key accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide procurement and integration solutions tailored to client needs.
- Participate in training and continue to expand knowledge of emerging technologies.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecast, and reporting using internal tools and customer portals.
- Minimum of three years direct technology sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn the vendor technologies listed above.
