Banner Roofing & Construction Outside Sales Representative is the initial point of engagement, a crucial role in shaping the first impression our customers have of our organization. You will be responsible for introducing them to the Banner Roofing System, which we believe is the ultimate solution for their home. Your role involves guiding them through either the storm restoration or the retail process, ensuring they remain well-informed at all times.

Maintaining open and consistent communication is key.

To excel in this position, you must be an independent self‑starter who is driven to succeed but always keeps the customer's best interest  should be motivated by goals, continually seeking to learn, and dedicated to delivering an unparalleled customer experience. • Follow up on provided leads

• Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients
• Conducting thorough inspections and accurately identifying damages
• Develop estimates and present recommendations to the customer
• Work with customers to sign contracts and turn them in for production
• Collecting payments from customers and ensuring an efficient and smooth sales process.
• Hit minimum weekly, monthly, and annual productivity and sales goals

• Competitive Base Salary + Commission. Make $80,000 easily; hustle hard and make up to $200,000 (that is not an exaggeration)!

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred
• Construction industry experience is required.
• Previous sales experience is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
