Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Hybrid - Addison, TX
Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Commission
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager with INSPYR Solutions, you will have limitless sales potential by networking and generating qualified new business opportunities through exceptional relationship-building skills. Your responsibilities include driving increased gross profit and revenue and collaborating with our delivery teams to close opportunities within assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize a consultative approach to understand client projects and challenges, recommending appropriate staffing solutions.
• Partner with recruiting to deliver tailored IT professionals that meet client goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to maximize placements within assigned accounts.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of IT Professional Staffing experience preferred
• Proven success in outside sales
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Strong closing, objection handling, and negotiation skills
• Persuasive, sound judgment, and a sense of urgency
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and ATS systems
