We are seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Professional to identify business opportunities and sell separations solutions to current and new customers.
Responsibilities- Perform sales to customers and deploy our strategy, understanding customer needs to create proposals.
- Handle the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, and positioning of Separation and Filtration Solutions products and services.
- Negotiate contracts – both technical and commercial aspects.
- Manage the strategic account planning process that sets and achieves performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
- Ensure delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, bookings, and margin.
- Evaluate the overall market and competitors, using analysis to develop a vision and strategy for a differentiated offering and achieve sales objectives.
- Generate new business and cross‑sell to existing and new customers.
- Build and maintain strong and positive relationships primarily with end users and EPC clients.
- Maintain an opportunity pipeline and customer account data using Salesforce CRM.
- Manage data and communicate activities and results to collaborate effectively with the global sales team.
- Perform other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience selling engineered equipment or solutions.
- Proven results identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and a track record as a deal closer in highly technical sales markets.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Plants, Chemical Facilities, or Gas Processing industries.
- Travel is required as necessary and may involve cross‑border travel.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. It routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Job demands include concentrated mental and visual attention, performing complex tasks to high accuracy, and occasional visits to manufacturing and supplier facilities to monitor projects.
Physical Demands:
Mainly sedentary; some work with computer and networking systems may be required.
