As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, contacting, and meeting with potential clients to discuss their insurance needs and present them with personalized coverage options.

• Exceed new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Learn to develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Be trained to process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all trailing documents from customers.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

• Active General Lines Property & Casualty insurance license in Texas is required.
• Life & Health Insurance license is preferred.
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self‑starter who works well independently.
• Prior sales experience.
• Must be highly self‑motivated.
