Account Manager

Description We are looking for an Account Manager to join a growing team in Addison, Texas in a contract-to-permanent position. This role supports daily customer-facing and administrative activities for the assembly technology division, with a strong focus on order accuracy, responsive service, and effective coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable balancing account support with sales-related communication in a business-to-business environment.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the full lifecycle of customer quotes and sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

- Respond to customer questions and requests with professionalism, providing dependable support throughout the account relationship.

- Coordinate administrative activities that support the assembly technology division and maintain alignment with established company procedures.

- Assist with purchasing and customer service tasks related to account operations and internal order handling.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients by addressing inbound inquiries and following through on service needs.

- Support inside sales and account management efforts by helping customers with product-related requests and order details. Requirements - Previous experience in account management, customer service, inside sales, or a related business-to-business support role.

- Manufacturing industry experience is preferred, though candidates from other backgrounds will be considered.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Access.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage information accurately and stay organized.

- Effective communication skills and a customer-focused approach to problem solving.
