**** Role Overview
** Credera is seeking an AWS Advertising and Marketing Sales & Growth Executive to drive strategic growth, executive engagement, and AWS-enabled transformation across advertising and marketing technology. This horizontal role spans industries, serving brands, agencies, publishers, media companies, and technology platforms, while building opportunities with independent software vendors (ISVs) in the AWS ecosystem.
This role is designed for a highly consultative individual contributor who combines strong client relationship skills, advertising and marketing technology expertise, AWS ecosystem familiarity, a transformation mindset, and delivery awareness.
The ideal candidate understands how organizations are using AI, data, and cloud technology to improve marketing effectiveness, media performance, customer engagement, and business outcomes. They can connect client priorities to AWS-enabled solutions across first-party data, customer data platforms, identity, data clean rooms, privacy-safe data collaboration, audience activation, personalization, and measurement. They understand how AWS, Amazon Ads, and complementary ISV platforms can support modern advertising and marketing architectures.
This is a consultative business development role with accountability for originating qualified opportunities, developing pipeline, advancing complex pursuits, and achieving sales targets. The lead will partner closely with clients, AWS teams, ISV partners, and Credera account, solution, and delivery leaders to shape and expand enterprise transformation programs.

Up to 50%, including client meetings, AWS partner meetings, and industry events
** Key Responsibilities*
* * Develop and execute an Advertising and Marketing growth plan across industries, covering priority accounts, target buyers, offerings, and joint pursuits with AWS and relevant ISV partners
* Build and strengthen executive relationships across marketing, media, advertising, customer experience, data, technology, and business leadership, including relevant brand, agency, publisher, and platform stakeholders
* Identify and shape AWS-enabled transformation opportunities across AdTech and Mar Tech, including first-party data strategy, customer data platforms, identity resolution, clean rooms, retail and commerce media, omnichannel activation, personalization, measurement, and AI-enabled marketing and media operations
* Collaborate with AWS account teams, advertising and marketing specialists, and partner leaders on joint account planning and pursuits; engage Amazon Ads and relevant ISV partners where appropriate, and coordinate co-sell registration and partner support with the AWS Alliances Lead
* Originate and qualify opportunities, define business value, and shape proposals and statements of work with Credera account, solution, and delivery leaders
* Facilitate strategic discussions connecting advertising and marketing priorities to practical transformation programs, accounting for privacy, consent, governance, interoperability, and integration across cloud, data, media, and marketing platforms
* Partner closely with Credera delivery and solution teams to ensure credible solutions, successful transitions into delivery, and strong client outcomes
