Position: Security Director High Rise Office Building (Frisco Branch)

Job Skills / Requirements

Pay: $23.00/hr.

Schedule:

  • Monday - 6:00AM to 2:00PM
  • Tuesday - 6:00AM to 2:00PM
  • Wednesday - 6:00AM to 2:00PM
  • Thursday - 6:00AM to 2:00PM
  • Friday - 6:00AM to 2:00PM

Saturday - Off

Sunday - Off

Job requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in private security or law enforcement
  • Prior experience overseeing security operations in commercial office buildings or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of access control systems, CCTV cameras, incident reporting software, and basic IT functions
  • Proven ability to manage scheduling, staffing, and multiple employees.
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field preferred
Skills:
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
  • Strong communication skills-comfortable interacting with property management, tenants, vendors, and security personnel.
  • Ability to draft professional emails, reports, and incident summaries with attention to detail.
  • Strategic problem-solving under pressure and strong situational awareness.
  • Excellent customer service mindset while maintaining firm security posture.
  • Ability to train, coach, and mentor officers to meet performance expectations
  • Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to de-escalate situations professionally and handle conflicts calmly
  • Comfortable making decisions independently and holding staff accountable

This is a Full-Time position
