Key Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor electrical apprentice crews on commercial and industrial job sites
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures
- Plan and execute installations of raceways, conduits, and cable tray systems
- Diagnose and repair motors, control systems, and related electrical components
- Perform routine maintenance and ensure systems are up to code
- Enforce company standards for quality, efficiency, and safety compliance

Qualifications- Valid Texas Journeyman License issued by the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation (TDLR)
- Demonstrated experience leading crews or working in a supervisory role
- Strong background in commercial electrical installations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Proficiency with industry‑standard electrical tools and materials
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and critical‑thinking skills
- Dependable, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented attitude
