• Supervise and mentor electrical apprentice crews on commercial and industrial job sites
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures
• Plan and execute installations of raceways, conduits, and cable tray systems
• Diagnose and repair motors, control systems, and related electrical components
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure systems are up to code
• Enforce company standards for quality, efficiency, and safety compliance

• Valid Texas Journeyman License issued by the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation (TDLR)
• Demonstrated experience leading crews or working in a supervisory role
• Strong background in commercial electrical installations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Proficiency with industry‑standard electrical tools and materials
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and critical‑thinking skills
• Dependable, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented attitude
