Entrada Partners is seeking a Senior HVAC Lead to support its portfolio of industrial, office, and flex properties in the DFW market. Based in Addison, TX, the role is hands‑on, leading repairs, preventive maintenance, and technical guidance for technicians.
Travel across the DFW area is required with a Monday–Friday schedule and limited overtime. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of HVAC service experience, leadership ability, EPA 608 certification, and strong electrical troubleshooting
