Vaco Technology is currently seeking a Senior Full-Stack Java Developer with ArcGIS for a Direct-Hire opportunity, located in Dallas, TX 75251 (onsite 5-days per week). The Senior Full-Stack Java Developer will develop, implement, and support enterprise applications within all aspects of software development, including UI, Java, Unit / Integration Testing, troubleshooting, and bug / issue resolution.

The Senior Full-Stack Java Developer with ArcGIS will join a team that is developing a data-driven analytics platform focused on the digital infrastructure and real estate sector, including tracking trends in facility development, power and network availability, site leasing activity, market pricing, and the global presence of large-scale technology tenants. The Senior Java Developer will be involved in the development of interactive mapping tools and market intelligence dashboards that visualize infrastructure trends across global metros to service customers relying on geospatial and transactional insights to make high-stakes decisions around facility deployment and expansion.
The Senior Java Developer will support the development of those tools by combining Java-based Micro Services, VueJS interfaces, and ArcGIS integrations to deliver map-centric, data-intensive applications. The Senior Java Developer role is not a typical web-development opportunity because it is at the intersection of Enterprise Java, Spatial Analytics, and SaaS UI/UX. The Senior Java Developer will be developing the core engine behind the insightful, map-driven platform that guides real-estate decision making in the data center space.
- Senior Full-Stack Java Developer – Java / JavaScript / HTML / CSS / VueJS / SQL
- Front-End UI Development – Java / VueJS | Evolving Front-End UI (Interactive Maps / Dashboards) | VueJS to Display Maps / Charts / Filters / Provider Market / Dashboards
- Backend APIs / Database Development – MySQL Accessed via Spring / Hibernate APIs | Integrating ArcGIS to Render Map Visualizations (Pins for Market Maps) / Geospatial Queries / Overlays for Fiber/Power/Vacancy
- ArcGIS (strongly preferred) – Building Map Overlays / Geocoding Data Center Sites / Spatial Filtering / Dynamic Layers (Power / Fiber / Comps) on Maps
