Product Manager; Workday AC​/Finance Transformation Initiative

JOB SUMMARY

Vaco Technology is currently seeking multiple Product Managers with expertise in Workday AC, to lead the build of a new finance data hub and to ensure smooth integration across teams. The Product Managers will join a technology-driven finance leader within a high-visibility Finance Transformation initiative to build and launch Workday Accounting Center, a modern, unified finance data hub that consolidates legacy systems with agile, product-driven innovation.

The Product Managers will lead cross-functional pods to design, configure, and integrate the platform, collaborating with ERP, accounting, and engineering teams.

• Workday AC Architecture - Architecting / Configuring Workday AC to Deliver a Scalable / Enterprise-Grade Finance Hub
• Engineering Leadership - Leading High-Performing Workday Engineering Pods to Design / Build / Rigorously Test AC Modules
• Integration Design - Defining Inbound File Formats / Technical Specifications for Seamless Finance Transformation System Integration
• Configuration Management - Owning End-to-End Configuration Workbooks Across Diverse Data Sources | Ensuring Precision / Reusability
• Implementation Execution - Driving Build / Test / Deployment Phases to Guarantee Flawless Implementation / Cross-System Integration
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partnering Strategically with ERP / Accounting / Engineering Teams to Accelerate Delivery / Alignment

Location: 100% Remote (occasional travel quarterly, or less, for onsite design sessions, etc.)

Position Type: 12-18M+ Contract (w/ possibility of conversion to fulltime)

Hourly / Salary: to $90W2+

• ERP Accounting Hub Expertise - Deep Expertise in ERP Accounting Hub / Accounting Center Architecture with Subledger Integration / Journal Automation / Multi-Source Data Orchestration in Enterprise Finance Environments (hands-on mastery)
• Workday Accounting Center Delivery - Designing / Deploying Workday AC Configurations at Scale (Object Model Setup / Transaction Routing / Transformation Rules / End-to-End Testing in Production Systems)
• Financial Systems Modernization - Leveraging Extensive Background Across Accounting Workflows / GL Mapping / Source-to-Target Data Lineage / Product Management within Large-Scale Tech-Driven Organizations (Amazon / Microsoft, etc. strongly preferred)
• Leadership / Influence - Exhibiting Exceptional Leadership / Communication / Influence to Guide Cross-Functional ERP / Accounting / Engineering Teams Through Complex / High-Visibility Transformation Programs

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. The salary range for the role is noted in this posting where legally required. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
