Position Purpose and Overview

EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated, sales‑driven leader to serve as Assistant Stretch Manager (Assisted Stretching Sales). This role involves spending time on the club floor, setting appointments, and building relationships with members while selling Assisted Stretch packages and developing a team of Stretch Trainers (Myofascial Technicians). Candidates must have great people skills, a willingness to learn, a strong desire to help others achieve results, and be ready to take on ownership responsibilities and business objectives during weekends in preparation for managing their own club.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver great customer service.
  • Assist Stretch Director and Stretch Manager in the onboarding and developing of Stretch Trainers.
  • Maintain club cleanliness.
  • New member onboarding.
  • Collaborate with membership and personal training sales.
  • Building and equipment maintenance and safety.
  • Exhibit a passion for fitness and mobility.
  • Show strong drive for success.
  • Demonstrate a history of commitment.
  • Track record of delivering results.
  • Motivate clients.
  • Sales of Assisted Stretch services.
  • Achieve all daily targets for Assistant Stretch Manager shifts when Stretch Manager is not present (Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays).
  • Develop Stretch Trainers through monthly coaching plans.
  • Serve as an information hub (product knowledge, programs, events, etc.).
Qualifications
  • Must have at least 1 year of fitness sales experience.
  • Fight hard to win.
  • Work with membership sales and personal training teams.
  • Constantly develop the skills of the Stretch Trainers through coaching.
  • Take ownership of results.
  • Adapt quickly to various situations.
  • Communicate well with members and teammates with a customer service mentality.
  • Team player and willing to assist with any task to get it done.
  • Must be organized.
  • Able to work independently, multi‑task in a fast‑paced, demanding work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high‑quality work.
  • Available to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings, early–mornings, afternoons, evenings, and late‑night shifts.
  • Passion for health and fitness.
Requirements
  • Must successfully pass a background check.
  • CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
  • Ability to work in a gym setting; move about club floors and rooms; communicate with employees, members, and the public.
  • Ability to access and operate the Company computer system including preparing documents, entering data into a computer system, and reading reports from a database or email system.
  • Ability to bend routinely and repetitively to lift more than 40 lbs.
Eligibility for Additional Compensation (Inclusive Of)
  • Variable income opportunities including commission and bonus.
Compensation

Hourly Pay Range: $17 – $17 USD.
