Responsible for delivering predesigned workouts to groups of up to 42 clients.

• We have an established member base, so you don’t have to find your clients.
• You will have a set schedule within your studio to allow you to build relationships with your members.
• We provide CEU accredited workshops and pay you to attend.
• You’ll receive extra pay for coaching holidays (7 paid holidays per year)
• 401k plan is offered for both full time and part time coaches.
• Full time coaches (coaching 22+ classes per week) qualify for full medical, dental, vision, disability, Flexible Spending account benefits as well as Paid time off (PTO)
• We provide Free CPR/AED courses and pay you to attend.
• Performance and Tenure bonus structure starting at 500 classes.
• Opportunity to earn extra income across all 35 of our studios.

• Must hold a current fitness certification from an OTF approved education company (ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM or NSCA, ISSA)
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, human movement, heart-rate focused training programs and the science that supports the OTF workouts.
• Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
• Desire to train all fitness levels
• Must invest 10+ hours per year in continuing education lectures and workshops outside of OTF curriculum.
• Bachelor’s degree in an Exercise Related Field is preferred.
• Must have current in-person or blended (in-person and self-study) CPR/AED certification.
• 1+ years of professional experience teaching and/or managing in the Fitness Industry.
• Excellent communication, strong business acumen, and customer service skills.
• Must be able to safely lift and move up to 40 lbs.
