POSITION SUMMARY:

The Freezer Lift Driver's role is to assist and support the Warehouse Department by loading and unloading dry goods, optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency and identifying damages.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
:

The essential duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Be responsible for cross referencing orders with transactions
• Stage and maneuver product across facility floor
• Communicate with team members and verify shipments
• Able to keep track of orders and product locations
• Repetitive loading and unloading
• Keep detailed records of new shipments
• Always maintain critical safety protocol
• Other duties as assigned

Skills/

Qualifications:

• High School or equivalent preferred.
• Team-oriented and self-motivated.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to meet production standards.
• Good attendance and punctuality; must show up on time, work scheduled shifts, work mandatory overtime.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK CONDITIONS:

The physical demands and work conditions below represent those that must be met. Some requirements may be modified to accommodate individuals with disabilities:

• Requires the employee to stand for long periods of time
• The work environment is that of a typical warehouse or distribution center. Noise level ranges from quiet to loud.
• Frequent twisting, turning, reaching, pushing and pulling, handle tools or controls; reaching with hands and arms; climb stairs, balance; stoop, kneel or crouch.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Work is normally performed in a warehouse/production environment. As part of the job requirements, Team Members may be exposed to work in a production setting and extreme temperatures (10 to 100 degrees) ility regularly processes known food allergens, including peanuts. Must be flexible with work schedule that supports a 24-hour production facility. Schedule may include weekends and overtime.
