Management Accountant

An excellent opportunity for a hands-on Management Accountant to join a growing business. This role combines financial reporting, forecasting, cash flow management, budgeting, and process improvement while working closely with senior leadership to support business growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare monthly management accounts and reporting packs

* Deliver financial analysis, forecasts, and business performance insights

* Support budgeting, financial modelling, and strategic planning

* Monitor cash flow and working capital performance

* Prepare VAT returns and support audits and statutory reporting

* Maintain accurate financial records and controls

* Improve finance systems, reporting processes, and operational efficiency

* Support decision-making through meaningful financial reporting

Experience Required

* ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified/part-qualified

* Experience producing management accounts

* Strong forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management skills

* Experience supporting audits and statutory accounts

* Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge

* Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills

Desirable

* Experience with finance and CRM systems

* Credit control and working capital improvement experience

* Process improvement and business growth exposure
