Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the housing team
- Maintaining accurate tenant and property records
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Assisting with tenancy documentation and data entry
- Scheduling appointments and supporting day-to-day office operations
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders as required
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within housing or a similar environment
