Luxuria Property Ltd is a vibrant and growing Construction, Hard Landscaping and Property Management Company based in Virginia Water, with projects across Surrey & Berkshire.

Are you a master of multitasking with a keen eye for numbers? We are looking for a versatile Admin & Accounts Support Assistant to join our small team based in Virginia Water. In this dual-function role, you will be the backbone of our office, ensuring that both our daily administration and financial records run like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing day to day admin support to the Director and Construction Manager
  • Ad-hoc support to the Sales & Marketing Manager
  • Managing diaries, the enquiry/accounts mailbox and handling phone calls
  • Coordinating office supplies and equipment orders
  • Overseeing company insurance renewals and liaising with brokers on policies and claims
  • Managing the Company fleet (MOTs, services, tax, repairs, trackers, fuel cards etc)
  • Collecting & processing staff timesheets
  • Processing supplier invoices and issuing client invoices & estimates accurately
  • Creating valuation spreadsheets on excel for invoicing purposes
  • Data Entry:
    Maintaining up-to-date records on Quick Books
  • Handling ad-hoc tasks such as managing mobile phone accounts, staff uniform and company events etc

What we offer
  • Salary: £30,000.00 per annum (Full time equivalent) - Actual salary is £13,764.71 for 19.5 hours per week

PLEASE NOTE - This is a part-time role of 19.5 hours per week ideally Wed/Thur/Fri 09:30-16:30 with 30 mins unpaid for lunch.

The salary will be offered on a pro rata basis, calculated from a full-time equivalent of 42.5 hours per week.
