We are seeking a SEND Outreach Practitioner to join our team at Bourne Education Trust.
Bourne Education Trust (“BET”) is a successful multi‑academy trust made up of twenty‑four schools (plus eight further associate schools), across primary, secondary and specialist school phases. LocationBase at Bourne Education Trust’s central office at Jubilee High School, Addlestone, with frequent travel to schools across all regions.
ContractTerm time plus two weeks, permanent (36 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum).

- Provide SEND outreach across all Trust schools.
- Work directly with staff to support the implementation of effective SEND interventions and adaptations.
- Provide advice and guidance on appropriate resources, programmes and approaches to support pupils with a range of SEND needs.
- Demonstrated awareness, understanding and commitment to protection and safeguarding of pupils.
- Experience working with children and young people with a range of SEND needs.
- Experience with in or supporting specialist provision in mainstream settings or specialist schools.
- Qualified Teacher Status or relevant professional qualification in SEND/inclusion (experienced HLTAs also considered).
