Nursery Practitioners Required (Multiple Roles Available)

Location-Addlestone, Surrey

Pay- £15-£18 per hour

Start- September 2026

Hours- Part-Time/Full Time (08:30-15:30)

At Teaching Personnel, we are seeking multiple qualified nursery practitioners to keep up with the rising demand for nursery support. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood education to make a meaningful impact on our youngest learners. We currently have multiple primary schools actively seeking at least two nursery practitioners to start ASAP. We are also seeking applicants looking for a September start.

• Experience working in Reception/Early Years
• Level 2/3 qualification in Early Years Education (preferred)
• Enthusiastic, nurturing, and committed to fostering a safe and engaging learning environment for children.
• Hold or be prepared to undergo an enhanced DBS check
  - Child only
• Be patient, caring and engaging

• Excellent rates of pay and weekly pay through PAYE
• A dedicated consultant who specializes in Primary Education who will guide you throughout the application process.
• You will have 24/7 access to your online portal where you can manage your calendar, view payslips and update your personal details.
• Access to various development courses through out CPD courses e.g. behaviour management, safeguarding, assessment methods and strategies, cover supervisor course, etc - these are all free or heavily discounted and you will receive a certificate on successful completion!
• A 'Recommend A Friend Scheme' with the opportunity to earn up to £50 per referral
