Fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a market leading business as a Management Accountant to join a growing finance team based in Addlestone. This is a hands‑on role with strong exposure to month‑end, business partnering and systems, ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical accounting with commercial insight. Net Suite experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and variance analysis
- Own the month-end close process, ensuring robust controls and reconciliations
- Maintain and develop reporting within Net Suite, driving improvements in data quality and insight
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and reforecasts, working closely with budget holders
- Provide clear financial analysis and commentary to support decision‑making
- Support year‑end audit and statutory reporting requirements
- Identify and implement process improvements across finance systems and reporting
- Qualified ACCA / CIMA or equivalent
- Previous experience in using Netsuite
- Excellent communications skills
- Advanced Excel
- Proven experience in process improvements
