Key Responsibilities

* Produce monthly management accounts and commercial reporting

* Analyse profitability, margins, KPIs, and business performance

* Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models

* Provide insight to support strategic and commercial decisions

* Prepare board reporting packs and present findings to stakeholders

* Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital performance

* Oversee VAT returns, audits, and financial controls

* Improve reporting, systems, automation, and business processes

Experience Required

* ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified/part-qualified

* Background in management accounting, commercial finance, or business partnering

* Strong forecasting, modelling, and analytical skills

* Ability to translate financial data into commercial recommendations

* Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Desirable

* Profitability and pricing analysis experience

* Exposure to finance, CRM, or timesheet systems

* Experience with in a growing or scaling business

* Track record of driving process improvements and profitability growth
