An excellent opportunity for a hands-on Management Accountant to join a growing business. This role combines financial reporting, forecasting, cash flow management, budgeting, and process improvement while working closely with senior leadership to support business growth and performance.

- Prepare monthly management accounts and reporting packs
- Deliver financial analysis, forecasts, and business performance insights
- Support budgeting, financial modelling, and strategic planning
- Monitor cash flow and working capital performance
- Prepare VAT returns and support audits and statutory reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records and controls
- Improve finance systems, reporting processes, and operational efficiency
- Support decision-making through meaningful financial reporting
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified/part-qualified
- Experience producing management accounts
- Strong forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management skills
- Experience supporting audits and statutory accounts
- Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Experience with finance and CRM systems
- Credit control and working capital improvement experience
- Process improvement and business growth exposure
