Runnymede Borough Council in Addlestone seeks a Recovery Officer to maximise Council Tax and Business Rates collection. You will manage recovery accounts, apply legislation, and work with residents, enforcement agencies and internal partners to achieve positive outcomes.
You will handle payment arrangements, enforcement actions and complex cases, while identifying vulnerable customers and offering support and advice. This is a hybrid role with both office and home days.
