Sales Operations Specialist

Position Summary

The Sales Operations Specialist is involved in all stages of the sales process ensuring that sales activities are best supported and conducted in accordance with F5’s policies. This role provides high level support to both internal and external sales teams to facilitate strong relationships and generate revenue for F5. The position is fast paced and ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and wants to exceed expectations.

• Uphold F5’s Business Code of Ethics and promptly report violations.
• Process purchase orders and resolve order issues.
• Liaise between Field Sales, Inside Sales, Channel Sales, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Global Services, Legal, Finance, and Accounting.
• Monitor and maintain assigned programs such as Traffix, Websafe, VE Subscriptions.
• Communicate and educate on current processes and best practices.
• Answer pre‑ and post‑sales questions from Channel and F5 sales teams.
• Research inquiries and assist internal and external customers.
• Coordinate expedite requests and escalations.
• Ensure the integrity of Salesforce data.
• Identify and implement process improvements to support business operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Intermediate experience with Salesforce and Oracle.

• Comfortable interacting with Sales leaders.
• English and any European language is a plus.

• BA/BS degree.
• 1+ years of Sales Support experience (preferred).
• Experience in high‑tech environment highly desirable.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Salesforce experience (preferred but not required).

• Performed in a normal office environment while seated at a desk.
• Requires use of a computer, telephone communication, and reading printed material.
• Might require on‑call duties and work outside normal hours (evenings, weekends).
• Required to work 2–3 days per week from the Addlestone office.
