An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Valuer / Lister to join an independent estate agency in the Chertsey area. This role would suit a confident property professional with a strong track record in residential valuations, winning instructions and generating new business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market appraisals, securing new sales instructions and building strong relationships with vendors. • Conducting property valuations and market appraisals to win new sales instructions
• Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and prospective clients
• Generating new business through prospecting, networking and follow-up activity
• Providing accurate property valuations based on local market knowledge and current market conditions
• Negotiating terms of business and securing new instructions
• Monitoring market activity and following up on valuations to maximise conversion rates

• Previous experience in residential estate agency, ideally in a Sales Valuer / Lister role
• Proven ability to win new instructions and generate business
• Strong knowledge of the local residential property market
• Confident valuation, listing and presentation skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated, commercially aware and target-driven
• Professional approach with a commitment to high standards of customer service
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
