Barnardo's is recruiting a full-time Family Support Worker to work with families in the New Haw area, focusing on children and young people aged 0-19 (SEND up to 25). The role involves delivering evidence-based support, home visits, and community outreach to help families build resilience and improve outcomes.
You will manage a caseload of 12–15 families, work across centres and with partners, and ensure safeguarding and holistic family assessments are undertaken within targeted time frames.
