Our client is looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join their dedicated fostering team, where children and foster families are at the heart of everything they do. You will support a small caseload of foster carers, helping them provide safe, stable and loving homes for children.

What you will do:
Offer regular supervision and support to foster carers. Ensure placements are safe, stable and meet childrens needs. Complete assessments and reports, including Form F assessments. Liaise with local authorities and attend reviews and planning meetings. Contribute to foster carer training and development. What our client is looking for:
Qualified and registered Social Worker (Social Work England). Minimum 3 years of experience in childrens services, ideally fostering or LAC.
