Domino’s Pizza is recruiting Assistant Managers to lead store operations and deliver excellent customer service.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, customer relations, and maintaining store cleanliness.

• Perform all duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
• Make fast, accurate and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures.
• Deliver products by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant from the first client‑facing area to the back of the store.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.

• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Ability to multi‑task, use judgment, and have basic math skills.
