Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Consultant II, located in Adelanto, CA. The Client Consultant II will be responsible for assisting clients with their financial needs, delivering superior customer service, building strong client relations, and providing tailored banking solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting financial analysis, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and facilitating communication between clients and various departments within the bank.

The Client Consultant II will also be involved in promoting Flagstar Bank's products and services to enhance client experience and drive business growth.
