EBARA Mixers, home to industry‑leading brands like Scott Turbon Mixers, Hayward Gordon, and Sharpe Mixers, is seeking a hands‑on, detail‑oriented Production Technician to join our growing operations team in Adelanto, California.

• Assemble, balance, and prep industrial mixer components
• Read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions
• Build shipping crates and perform material cutting (saws, waterjet)
• Assist welders, machinists, and polishers
• Operate forklifts, pallet trucks, and overhead cranes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Jump in to support painting, testing, and shop maintenance tasks

• 2+ years of experience in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or GED
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on shop
• Ability to read blueprints and use power tools and equipmenti>
  
  Strong teamwork, communication, and work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
