Occupational Therapist OT

• Providing direct patient care, assessing medical conditions, and developing treatment plans under physician guidance.
• Documenting patient progress and educating patients and families on therapy methods.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care.

• Valid professional license and registration for the state of practice.
• Experience in long-term and/or geriatric care preferred.
