As one of our core consultants, you will work directly with our client's Information Technology division on high‑impact projects, from developing innovative student‑facing applications and securing cloud infrastructure to building scalable data and integration platforms. We are seeking experts in modern technologies like AWS Security, Databricks, AEM, Mule Soft, and the Salesforce ecosystem who are ready to drive significant change and deliver top‑tier results for a complex organization. • Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Support data modeling, integrations (APIs, Data Loader), and migrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues promptly.

• 2-4 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations (APIs, Data Loader).
• Understanding of Salesforce security (roles, profiles, permission sets).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Salesforce Developer II certification preferred.
• Minimum Years Experience 2 years (2-4 years experience)

  Salesforce Developer I and Administrator certifications required.
