QA Analyst & Automation Specialist

This is a versatile, hybrid QA role combining hands‑on automation expertise with business-facing analytical skills to ensure high-quality delivery of SaaS and integrated applications. The candidate will be instrumental in building and maintaining automated testing frameworks.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright (Type Script) and Java-based frameworks for UI and API validation.
• Create and execute performance testing using JMeter for both UI and APIs.
• Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman and validate backend data using SQL.
• Execute functionality, integration, regression, and performance testing across SaaS platforms.
• Support and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.

• Strong experience with Java-based automation frameworks and Playwright with Type Script.
• Proficient in API testing, backend validation, and performance testing using JMeter.
• Experience testing SaaS applications, including complex integrations and workflows.
• Familiarity with Mule Soft Anypoint, OpenAPI, and Swagger specifications.
