Position: Customer service employee
Responsibilities

Processing customer enquiries by telephone and e-mail
Identifying problems, analysing errors and solving them in direct customer contact via our ticket system and telephone
Support vehicle owners with smooth onboarding to the systems of the National Electronic Toll Service Provider (NETS)

Requirements

Ideally, you already have experience in customer service
Motivated to support vehicle owners in the use of new technologies
Precise work method and excellent communication skills
Fluent (CH) German
Fluent in at least two of the following languages (French, Italian, English)
Dynamic, solution-orientated and service-minded
