Bring Bridges to Life with Your Detail Work. The Mannik & Smith Group (MSG) is growing our Transportation team and seeking a Structural Detailer to support bridge and culvert projects. If you have a strong eye for detail, CAD expertise, and a passion for helping bring transportation structures from design to reality, this is the perfect role to advance your career.

This position is available in any of MSG s offices in Michigan or Ohio.

• Develop detailed structural drawings and plans using AutoCAD and Open Roads Designer (Micro Station)
• Translate engineering designs into precise, buildable plans for construction teams
• Assist engineers in bridge and culvert projects
  , ensuring plans meet MDOT and client requirements
• Maintain organized documentation and track revisions to ensure project accuracy
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, supporting transportation engineers and designers

• 4+ years of experience as a structural detailer or CAD drafter in transportation/structural projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Open Roads ORD (Micro Station)
• Experience in bridge and culvert design documentation
• Familiarity with MDOT or MDOT LAP standards
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with engineers and other team members
