Case Manager (Adult MI Services)
We are seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support adults diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness in the Lenawee Community Mental Health Authority (LCMHA). The role is full‑time, 37½‑hour work week, with a salary range of $51,402 to $66,456 based on years of service.
ResponsibilitiesYou will assist clients in navigating systems to meet their needs, identify gaps in services, and coordinate support across community partners. You will develop strength‑based plans, monitor progress toward outcomes, and facilitate transition strategies. Your work will focus on recovery, resilience, wellness, and self‑determination for adults with mental health challenges.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field from an accredited program
- State of Michigan license to practice in a human services field
- Experience in the behavioral health field with adults diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness
- Basic computer proficiency, including email and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver’s license
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM with a one‑hour unpaid lunch. Occasional after‑hour work may be required with flexible scheduling to accommodate client needs.
Benefits Package- Paid leave:
Accrued from first day of employment, with 24½ paid days off in the first year; increases at 1, 5, and 10 years. - Annual salary increases after first year of employment.
