Starting Pay: $16.00/hr.
After Training Completion: $16.50/hr.
$500 Sign-On Bonus!
$250 after 30 days or 120 hours of employment
Additional $250 after completing training and joining the active staffing ratio

What You’ll Be DoingSupport residents in a small group home setting
Assist with daily living activities and personal care
Prepare and serve meals
Administer medications (training provided)
Participate in fun, engaging activities with residents
Foster a safe, respectful, and empowering home environment
✅ What You NeedHigh School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver’s License or State
Ability to pass a criminal background check
A caring attitude and a willingness to learn
