Assembly Technician | No Experience Required | $22.50/hour

Location: Adrian, Michigan
Job Type: Full-Time
Available Shifts:

• First shift: 6:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Second shift: 3:30 PM–1:00 AM

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring Assembly Technicians for a manufacturing company in Adrian. You’ll help build precision mechanical, electrical, and optical assemblies by following detailed instructions and checking your work for quality.

No previous manufacturing experience is required. If you enjoy DIY projects, model building, electronics, repairs, or other hands-on hobbies, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

• Assemble components using work instructions, drawings, and parts lists.
• Use hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and measuring equipment safely.
• Check assemblies for proper fit, alignment, cleanliness, and quality.
• Report damaged parts, incorrect components, or unclear instructions.
• Document completed work and prepare assemblies for testing, packaging, or shipment.
• Keep your workstation organized and move between assembly tasks as needed.

What we’re looking for:

• A hands-on interest in building and assembling things.
• Patience, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow step-by-step procedures and communicate questions.
• Dependable attendance and availability for your scheduled shift.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to safely lift and handle parts weighing up to 50 pounds.

Experience with tools, electronics, mechanical projects, or precision assembly is helpful, but not required
