Our organization is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer. Requirements

A successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

  • Execute test plans to ensure quality, stability, and reliability for internal and external business systems used by Adrian Steel and subsidiaries
  • Execute testing strategies for custom-developed applications as well as third-party platforms and integrations
  • Collaborate closely with developers and business analysts to ensure new features meet acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and quality standards
  • Validate that unit tests, integration tests, and automated tests appropriately cover risk areas and business‑critical scenarios
  • Create, document, and maintain repeatable test cases, regression suites, and test data sets that support ongoing development and release cycles
  • Identify, document, and track defects; work with development teams to ensure timely resolution and retest
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL practices within the QA process
  • Participate in release readiness activities to ensure software is tested, validated, and prepared for deployment
  • Provide innovative and creative approaches to improving overall quality, reducing defects, and increasing testing efficiency

Education/skills Required For This Role
  • Bachelor's Degree in CS/CIS/MIS preferred; company will consider a combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in software quality assurance, testing, or development
