Sales Promotion ManagerA successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Responsibilities- Overall responsibility for leading Adrian's sales promotion department
- Work with pricing, engineering, marketing, operations and other departments to gather critical information needed to create sales promotional materials for the internal and external sales teams including but not limited to the value proposition, pricing, installation tools, competitive comparisons, technical information.
- Create product and skills training presentations and training documents to support sales readiness.
- Develop and execute sales promotions and targeted incentives to drive sales and market share growth.
- Lead in development and implementation of the Connect Customer Experience for both company owned and elite retail locations.
- Maintain and update essential Connect customer experience tools including but not limited to showrooms, sales plan, plan a van, prospecting tools, collateral materials, and new product launch support.
- Create effective communications on new products and services that can be shared with our internal and external business partners.
- Lead in the content creation and planning of monthly/quarterly product update meetings with external partners.
- Ensure Adrian marketing and/or digital content is aligned with our company owned and elite retail locations.
- Provide cross‑functional support within the organization to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales promotion initiatives.
- Leadership – ability to lead a team, develop people and ensure their success.

- Collaboration – ability to work cross‑functionally to obtain and understand the information needed for sales readiness or the Connect go‑to‑market strategy.
- Technology – proficient in image editing, presentation creation and design software for print and video.
