Für ein regional etabliertes Architektur- und Ingenieurbüro suchen wir Verstärkung in Hochbau und Umbau. Du planst und zeichnest und wächst in Richtung Projektierung und Baukontrolle.
Aufgaben- Mitarbeit bei Machbarkeitsstudien und Vorprojekten
- Erstellen von Baugesuchs-, Ausführungs- und Revisionsplänen
- Unterlagen für Baugesuche zusammen mit Behörden und Fachplanern
- Bauvermessungen mit GPS, Baukontrollen und Zustandserfassungen
- Schrittweise Übernahme von Verantwortung in der Projektierung
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterbildung zum Techniker Projektierung Hochbau
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zeichner/in EFZ Architektur
- Wiedereinsteiger/innen willkommen
- Sicherer CAD-Umgang, Allplan von Vorteil
- Exakte, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Sinn für Gestaltung und Detail
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Pensum 40-100%
