Kita Chinderstern Affoltern am Albis sucht eine Gruppenleitung 100% ab 1. September 2026 bzw. nach Vereinbarung. Sie führen Ihre Gruppe eigenverantwortlich und gestalten die pädagogische Arbeit entsprechend der kidéal-Philosophie.
Sie übernehmen fachliche, organisatorische und personelle Leitung, arbeiten eng mit der Pädagogischen Leitung zusammen und tragen Verantwortung für das Wohlergehen der Kinder sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern.
