medamicus sucht eine/n Stationsleiter/in Pflege Psychiatrische Pflege. Sie führen fachlich und personell eine Station, steuern Pflegeprozesse und entwickeln diese kontinuierlich weiter.
Sie verantworten Organisation, Koordination des Stationsbetriebs und die bedarfsgerechte Dienstplanung. Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellen und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit runden das Profil ab. Das Pensum liegt flexibel zwischen 80–100%.
