We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Billing Specialist who takes pride in accuracy, communicates professionally, and understands the importance of keeping financial records organized and up to date.

• Prepare and process accurate, timely customer invoices.
• Review purchase orders, sales tickets, and supporting documentation to ensure billing accuracy.
• Enter, review, and verify financial information across multiple computer systems.
• Post transactions and upload invoices through customer billing portals.
• Establish new customer accounts and maintain accurate, organized client records.
• Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers and internal team members with professionalism and courtesy.
• Open, sort, and process incoming accounting-related mail.
• Prepare routine correspondence, documents, and reports.
• Assist with general administrative duties, including occasional offsite errands.
• Maintain the confidentiality of customer, employee, and company financial information.
• Follow company policies and applicable requirements to ensure accurate and consistent billing practices.

Your work will play an important role in supporting daily operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and building the trust our customers place in Braman.
