Customer Service Representative - Call Center

We’re looking for an on‑site Customer Service Representative who is energetic, professional, and confident on the phone to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy helping customers, and have a knack for sales, scheduling, and problem‑solving,

This is more than answering phones — you’ll be a key part of the customer experience, helping customers, supporting our technicians, and driving new business.

• Receive and process a high volume of phone calls from clients, prospective customers, and Braman employees in a prompt, courteous manner.
• Provide accurate answers to client questions.
• Conduct inside sales activities for residential and commercial customers, such as selling services to prospective clients and upgrading existing services.
• Conduct routing activities and schedules appointments for technicians and sales staff. Arranges service appointments with clients as directed by Service Manager and CSR Supervisor.
• Facilitate effective communication in a timely manner to peers, clients, and management. Relays messages in an accurate and reliable manner.
• Interact with others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Effectively uses communication technologies as required.

• Must have professional demeanor and friendly rapport.
• Exceptional phone presence.
• Must have strong work ethic
• Competency to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a changing work environment.
• Well organized, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years of inside sales/call center experience required.

• Full time 40 hours per week
