- Periodontics Are you a Dental Assistant ready to expand your clinical skills in periodontics, implant dentistry, and advanced surgical care while enjoying a consistent 4-day workweek? Nobel Perio is seeking a Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our established specialty team in Agawam, MA. Previous periodontal or surgical experience is not required. If you bring a strong dental assisting foundation, a commitment to excellent patient care, and an interest in learning, we will provide paid, hands‑on training to help you advance into specialty dentistry.

You’ll work alongside experienced periodontal providers, assist with dental implants, grafting, periodontal procedures, and advanced treatment, and develop valuable surgical skills in a modern, patient-centered practice. • Competitive Pay: $26-28/hour, based on experience, skills, and qualifications
• 4-Day FT Workweek: Monday-Thursday | 7:30AM-4:30PM
• No Evenings or Weekends: Enjoy consistent hours and long weekends every week
• Paid Specialty Training: Develop hands‑on skills in periodontics, dental implants, grafting, surgical assisting, and advanced patient care
