OMG operates in two divisions: OMG Roofing Products and Fasten Master®. Heat Treat Machine Operators produce world‑class fasteners using safe machine operating techniques and lean manufacturing principles. The operator must be a team player committed to delivering only the best quality to our customers.

• Promote safety as the number one priority for all OMG employees.
• Setup machine, observe operation, and inspect first run and sample work pieces to ensure machining conforms to specifications.
• Read blueprint or job order for product and job specifications (wire type, dimensions, tolerances, and number of parts to be run).
• Enter and adjust specified heat treat recipes to conform to production run sheet and feed rates.
• Perform routine lubrication and preventative maintenance inspections as required.
• Observe all safety rules.
• Perform routine and preventative machine maintenance.
• Assist other machine operators in setting up machine, and stack, mark, pack, and transport finished work pieces.
• Maintain a neat and well‑organized work area.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
