Friday & Saturday Nights – 11 pm to 11 am (12‑hour shift).

We are looking for Heat Treat Equipment Operators to produce world‑class fasteners for OMG using safe machine operating techniques and effective lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Set up machine, observe operation, and inspect first run and sample workpiece to ensure machining conforms to specifications.
• Read blueprint or job order for product and job specifications such as wire type, dimensions, tolerances, and number of parts to be run.
• Select, enter, and adjust specified heat‑treat recipes to conform to production run sheet and feed rates.
• Perform routine lubrication and preventative maintenance inspections as required.
• Observe all safety rules.
• Perform routine and preventative machine maintenance.
• Assist other machine operators in setting up machine, stacking, marking, packing, and transporting finished work pieces.
• Maintain a neat and well‑organized work area.
• Other duties as directed by Shift Supervisor or Group Leader.
